Chapter Lead
John Heylin is a community-minded leader, business owner, and problem-solver dedicated to making Deschutes County a place where everyone can thrive. He serves on two City of Bend committees, is the co-founder of Represent Deschutes and the Central Oregon Tool Library, and has helped expand civic engagement and increase access to local resources.
